It’s subtle but really elevates the meat you season it with. We use it on chicken for bbq and pastas, prawns as a grilled brawn seasoning and absolutely demolish it each time. More is best, Be generous when seasoning!

The grill is well made and definitely heavy-duty, weighing approximately 27 kg. The heat distribution is even, and it cooked my satay very well - crispy on the outside and moist in the middle. I had my grill delivered all the way to Perth, and it was worth it. Highly recommended for a charcoal grill.
