I live in another state, do you ship there? 

We certainly do, we send our products all over Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia

 

How long does delivery take?

It depends on where you are. Generally, orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

 Orders to major cities along the east coast of Australia generally take 1-4 business days, Regional can take a little longer.

Orders to major cities along the west coast of Australia generally take 5-7 business days - If you need something urgently feel free to message us in this chat and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

I haven't received my discount code

Check your junk or spam mail folder. If its not there. get in touch with us via the online chat and Erik or Suzie will send it to you

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Our goal is to provide the best service possible. When you order multiple items at a time, they can sometimes be shipped seperately. This is to get your items to you as quickly as possible. If you don't receive all of your items on the same day don't worry the others are also on the way

Sydney BBQs & Rotisseries aims to provide the best products in the industry. We source items from within Australia and all over the world. We go far and wide to find the best manufacturers

Do your products have warranty?
