Easy to setup and would reccomend this bbq grill, this is a good size for a family of 4/5

I used to buy wood chunks from the big green warehouse but after changing to the Pro Flame brand my flavour profile has changed phenomenally instead of just burning wood I get wood flavour 👌 thanks Eric for the tip

Quality of the charcoal is second to none. You haven't had a proper charcoal BBQ if you haven't tried the range of "Sydney BBQ and Rotisseries" charcoal. Smoking wood are great too.

We have been buying this charcoal for over a year now and won’t buy anything else. Was recommended by staff and we haven’t looked back.

First time charcoal BBQing, and the best way to cook your Christmas lunch. Big hit, never going back to any other way of BBQing. The staff's advice was great, guiding us on what we could start with. We're going to continue using the current starter BBQ and are looking to get a bigger one with more practice. You'll be pleased to know we didn't make it on the news for stuffing up the charcoal lighting 😆. Insta instructional videos were helpful, even though we told the boys what the staff at Sydney BBQ said to do 🤦🏾‍♀️😂.

We have had a chance to use anything yet but my goodness, delivery was quick and the promptness of answering questions was incredible!
