Fuel for the First Cook
Charcoal isn't included in this bundle. Use lump charcoal such as Kamado Joe Big Block XL; large pieces keep air moving through the deep Big Joe firebox.
Warranty
Each item keeps its own Kamado Joe warranty: limited lifetime on the grill's key ceramic parts, 5 years on key metal parts, 3 years on electronics and heat deflectors, and 2 years on miscellaneous parts and standalone accessories. Product registration with Kamado Joe is required. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I swap an item in the bundle?
No. The bundle is sold as listed, but every item is also available on its own.
Does the Big Joe Konnected Joe need power?
Yes, a 220β240 V earthed power point for the auto fire starter, fan and Kontrol Board. Without power it still runs in Classic mode on the vents.
Is the grate lifter already in the box with the grill?
No. The Big Joe Konnected Joe comes with an ash tool, but the grate lifter is a separate accessory.
