We used it for a family gathering and everything from steaks to vegetables turned out perfectly. The heat control is excellent, making it simple to achieve great results every time. It’s subtle but really elevates the meat you season it with. We use it on chicken for bbq and pastas, prawns as a grilled brawn seasoning and absolutely demolish it each time. More is best, Be generous when seasoning!
