Warranty
Each item keeps its own Kamado Joe warranty: limited lifetime on the grill's key ceramic parts, 5 years on key metal parts, 3 years on electronics and heat deflectors, and 2 years on miscellaneous parts and standalone accessories. Product registration with Kamado Joe is required. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
FAQs
Does the JoeTisserie need its own power point?
Yes. The JoeTisserie motor and the Konnected Joe both run on 240 V, so plan for two outlets or a suitable outdoor-rated power board near the grill.
Can I use the rotisserie in Automatic mode?
The Kontrol Board has an Accessory mode for lid-open cooking with the JoeTisserie, DoJoe and griddles.
Can I swap an item in the bundle?
No. The bundle is sold as listed, but every item in it is also available on its own.
