Quality of the charcoal is second to none. You haven't had a proper charcoal BBQ if you haven't tried the range of "Sydney BBQ and Rotisseries" charcoal. Smoking wood are great too.

First time charcoal BBQing, and the best way to cook your Christmas lunch. Big hit, never going back to any other way of BBQing. The staff's advice was great, guiding us on what we could start with. We're going to continue using the current starter BBQ and are looking to get a bigger one with more practice. You'll be pleased to know we didn't make it on the news for stuffing up the charcoal lighting π. Insta instructional videos were helpful, even though we told the boys what the staff at Sydney BBQ said to do π€¦πΎββοΈπ.
