I have used a trager pellet smoker for 6 years and finally graduated to an old school coal smoker for better taste. unit looks fantastic (real show stopper in orange) and held heat for a 5 hour rib cook with minimal tweaks. Ribs were amazing!

However there are a few things people should know and hopefully this review may help.
Delivery- mine was a depot pick up and I wasn’t aware until I had to pick it up. Luckily for me I had hooked up a trailer to my van. The bbq came on a pallet and had to be forklifted on and off. Beware!!
Assembly- instructions were excellent. Mistakes made during assembly were entirely my own. Apart from a single pre-drilled hole that didn’t line up which I fixed I couldn’t fault the instructions. Beware of the time it takes though, allow plenty of time as it’s intensive. And there’s a lot of packaging to deal with.
Once assembled though this is a lovely solid bbq that looks very impressive.

Really happy with this charcoal, nice big lumps, they burn so easily and so well, and burn for a long period. Must have for this summer bbq season!

Ive been holding entertaining BBQ for many, and this unit has to be the best BBQ i have ever used. The double insulated walls and base pavers retain all the heat you need to keep going for hours. Must Have for any Entertainer !!!!!
