Thank you guys for the perfect family size coal barbecue. You guys are great to deal with and have a broad variety of products to choose from… highly recommend and I will be back for sure

My Parilla Grill from Sydney BBQs and Rotisseries arrived super quick and was extremely simple to put together. Looks absolutely amazing in my newly build firepit area and cooks perfectly, best thing I've purchased in a long time, thanks Sydney BBQs

I may try others, but I keep coming back to Blues Hog Original. It is my absolute favourite.

I love this coating,I mix it with gluten free bread crumbs and Gluten Free Panko Bread Crumbs and they make the best snitzels on chicken or steaks ...brought it as some of the family are GF and I will not go back to the normal cause we can all eat it better for you

In my opinion, the best charcoal from the nicest people in the bbq & rotisserie business, I love Eric & Suzie, I drive from Newcastle just to visit them at their shop at Ingleburn.

The atomic chicken salt is the best I have tried

How to Light Charcoal
Lighting charcoal can be simple and efficient when done the right way. Follow these steps to get your charcoal ready for grilling, smoking, or cooking in no time:
1. Gather Your Supplies
- Charcoal chimney starter
- Charcoal (lump or briquettes)
- Firelighters or crumpled newspaper
- A lighter or match
2. Prepare the Chimney Starter
- Place your charcoal chimney starter on a heat-resistant surface or directly on the grill grates.
- Fill the bottom section with crumpled newspaper or place 2-3 firelighters underneath.
3. Add the Charcoal
- Fill the top section of the chimney starter with your desired amount of charcoal.
4. Ignite the Firelighters or Newspaper
- Light the firelighters or newspaper through the vents at the bottom of the chimney starter.
- Allow the flames to ignite the charcoal gradually.
5. Wait for the Charcoal to Heat
- Let the charcoal heat up for about 10-15 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the top coals are glowing red, and the edges are covered in white ash.
6. Pour and Arrange the Charcoal
- Using heat-resistant gloves, carefully pour the hot charcoal into your grill or smoker.
- Arrange the coals as needed for direct or indirect cooking.
7. Start Cooking
- Place your cooking grate over the hot charcoal, and you're ready to start grilling or smoking.
Using a charcoal chimney starter is the fastest and safest way to light charcoal without chemicals, ensuring your food stays free of unwanted tastes. Let us know if you’d like more tips or BBQ advice!
