My initial experience with BBQs & Rotisseries was online. I purchased a couple of items, but needed them urgently so I collected from their store. The problem with online shopping is you don't see what you have purchased until you actually have the product. The items I purchased were not what I had expected, and the team at BBQs & Rotisseries were very flexible and ascertive to what I needed. Both management and staff were extremely helpful, and walked out of their store really happy with my purchases. The barbeque I hosted turned out so great that I received many compliments. Upgraded by mini spit roaster from Bunnings to a more robust motor with the benefit of AC/DC, in case I have time to go camping. Works a treat!!

- Charcoal chimney starter
- Charcoal (lump or briquettes)
- Firelighters or crumpled newspaper
- A lighter or match
2. Prepare the Chimney Starter
- Place your charcoal chimney starter on a heat-resistant surface or directly on the grill grates.
- Fill the bottom section with crumpled newspaper or place 2-3 firelighters underneath.
3. Add the Charcoal
- Fill the top section of the chimney starter with your desired amount of charcoal.
4. Ignite the Firelighters or Newspaper
- Light the firelighters or newspaper through the vents at the bottom of the chimney starter.
- Allow the flames to ignite the charcoal gradually.
5. Wait for the Charcoal to Heat
- Let the charcoal heat up for about 10-15 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the top coals are glowing red, and the edges are covered in white ash.
6. Pour and Arrange the Charcoal

- Place your cooking grate over the hot charcoal, and you're ready to start grilling or smoking.
