I attended Erikβs and Suzies business some three months after I purchased my BBQ walked in and asked Erik if my bbq had a leed designed for it and within 5 minutes Erik come over with it and a great discount as well that family business deserves every trip to their store

They could easily have pushed me toward a more expensive option, but instead took the time to understand exactly what I needed and recommended a more suitable (and more affordable) product that was a much better fit.
That kind of honesty is rare these days. It showed they genuinely care about their customers rather than just making a bigger sale. The advice was spot-on, the product has worked perfectly for me, and I left feeling looked after rather than sold to.

I love this rub, well my kids do. We use it on Brocolini in the air fryer and on pork ribs. The only issue I had was because my joining voucher didnt work on checkout.
