Served with a salad using rocket, freshly chopped basil, shaved parmesan, bocconcini, sliced tomatoes
Dressing - olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar
Drizzle sauce - Freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey and olive oil.
