Brine chicken breast for 8hrs(lemons/water/salt/brown sugar/thyme/oregano/cracked pepper/basil)
Season with SaucdLowNSlow   "The Spilt Gin Blend"
Smoked over Cherry wood chunk for around 90mins to achieve 170f internal
Served with a salad using rocket, freshly chopped basil, shaved parmesan, bocconcini, sliced tomatoes
Dressing - olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar
Drizzle sauce - Freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey and olive oil.
