12-Month Product Warranty Policy

This policy pertains to products covered by Sydney BBQs and Rotisseries 12-month warranty plan. Warranty starts from the date of purchase.

 Warranty Coverage:

Sydney BBQs and Rotisseries offer a limited 12-month warranty that commences on the original date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover rust or oxidization, which can occur due to exposure to high temperatures, excessive humidity, chlorine, industrial fumes, chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, salt, or saltwater. Our products have been extensively tested and are designed for domestic use only. Commercial use will void the warranty.

Stainless Steel Disclaimer:

Stainless steel products are not immune to rusting or pitting and are therefore not covered under warranty. If you reside within 2km of the coastline, it is important to take extra precautions with your products. For those within 200m of the coast, it is mandatory to clean and oil your products before storage.

Other Branded Products:

While we try to assist with all warranty claims, if your products are not from Sydney BBQs and Rotisseries, we recommend contacting the specific manufacturer for warranty claims. Each manufacturer may have its own warranty period and process.

Voiding of Warranty:

The warranty becomes void if there is evidence of the product being dropped, exposed to the elements, tampered with (repair attempts), mishandled, or misused, such as excessive fire use or failure to counterweight the motor. The warranty does not cover repair costs conducted by third-party professionals, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic defects, or surface rust.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover postal costs, insurance, incidental charges, or any other associated losses.
