Good design is usually very simple and solves a specific problem. I had previously steered away from any charcoal cooking other than skewers or butterflied cuts. My new little rotisserie is versatile and easy to use. So yay!!!!!!! to simple and effective design.

The cage adjusts to width of meat to hold it firm
No issues retrieving meat from cage. Turned off with opening tobthe top, just open and remove.
